Dalfopristin-quinupristin has been assigned to pregnancy category B by the FDA. Animal studies have revealed no evidence of impaired fertility or harm to the fetus. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. The drug should only be given during pregnancy when need has been clearly established.

Dalfopristin / quinupristin Breastfeeding Warnings

There are no data on the excretion of dalfopristin-quinupristin into human milk. It is excreted into rat milk. The manufacturer recommends caution when administering dalfopristin-quinupristin to nursing women.
