Chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine-pyrilamine has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. Animal studies have not been reported. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine-pyrilamine should only be given during pregnancy when benefits outweigh risks.
