Third Circuit Denies Mylan Motion for Interim Injunction
Company's Appeal and Case on the Merits Will Continue

The New Jersey District Court previously denied Mylan's motion for a preliminary injunction, and the appeal of that decision will now continue before the Third Circuit. Mylan is disappointed by the decision, which does not reflect a final decision on the merits of Mylan's claims, and Mylan will continue to pursue its claims.
