NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 23, 2008 - Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG), part of Publicis Groupe, announced today that it has acquired Sydney-based Reed Weir Communications, one of Australia's most competitive independent healthcare communications agencies.
Reed Weir Communications will maintain its brand and continue to be led by founding partner Sarah Reed. The targeted acquisition aims to strengthen PHCG's edge in healthcare communications, expanding its presence in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
