(NYSE:OCR), the nation's leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, today commented on analyst and press reports concerning the previously disclosed inquiry by the United States Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts."We do not believe there is anything significant related to this review that has not already been disclosed in our public filings.
