Immunogen Says CFO Perry Is Leaving the Company
WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) — Cancer drug maker ImmunoGen said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Gregory Perry is resigning to pursue other interests.
The company said Perry is resigning effective Sept. 13. He became the company's CFO in January 2009.
Immunogen's shares fell 56 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $15.92 in morning trading.
President and CEO Daniel Junius will be ImmunoGen Inc.'s interim CFO while the company looks for a replacement.
