Gert-Jan Tretmans is appointed as BrandMaker's new VP Sales for Europe
(PresseBox) Karlsruhe, October 17, 2013 +++ Gert-Jan Tretmans (44) has joined the management team at BrandMaker, the leading European provider of marketing resource management (MRM) systems, effective from October 1. As Vice President Sales Europe, Tretmans will be responsible for BrandMaker's solutions throughout Europe, spanning direct sales with the company's own team of account managers as well as indirect sales via distributors and partners. Tretmans is an acknowledged expert on marketing technologies, having spent more than ten years in sales management roles with companies like Unica and IBM before joining BrandMaker.
Tretmans worked for Unica Corporation, a ground-breaking US provider of MRM systems, from 2004; after Unica's acquisition by IBM in 2011, the company was incorporated within the IBM Enterprise Marketing Management division.
