Decision Resources Inc. to Acquire Wood Mackenzie's Life Sciences Business

Acquisition Will Accelerate Decision Resources Inc.'s Commercial Expertise Growth and Add Animal Health Research to its Portfolio

WALTHAM, Mass., December 04, 2007 /PRNewswire/ -- Decision Resources, Inc., one of the world's leading research and advisory firms focusing on pharmaceutical and healthcare issues, announced today that it plans to acquire Wood Mackenzie's Life Sciences business. The Life Sciences business comprises of market research, data and analysis on the commercial landscape of the biopharmaceutical industry and the animal health industry. The acquisition is part of Decision Resources Inc.'s overall growth strategy to secure high quality insight and analysis on various sectors of the ever-evolving healthcare industry.
