BRIEF: Court Upholds Lilly's Alimta Patent [The Indianapolis Star]

Nov. 16--Indianapolis Eli Lilly and Co. said Monday that the patent for its cancer-fighting drug Alimta was upheld by a U.S. District Court in Delaware, which ruled in the company’s favor.
The decision came in the case of Eli Lilly and Co. et al v. Teva Parenteral Medicines Inc. et al. The patent provides protection for Alimta until July 2016, the court ruled. (Star report)
