If you are aged 18 to 49, have moderate-to-severe pelvic pain due to surgically diagnosed endometriosis, and are not currently using hormonal contraception or other hormonal therapy, you may qualify for this study. Candidates will not be eligible if they have pelvic pain unrelated to endometriosis, if they have been pregnant in the last six months, or if they are currently breast feeding.
The research site is in Charlotte, N.C.
If you are 18 or older and have a current or past history of gout, you may qualify for this study. Women should be postmenopausal, surgically sterile, or using birth control. You will not be eligible if you have any other type of arthritis; are sensitive to painkilling drugs including aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen; or have had a stroke or heart condition.
The research site is in Chaska, Minn.
If you are 70 or older, have not been vaccinated for pneumonia within the last five years, and are generally healthy, you may be eligible for this study.
The research site is in Clearwater, Fla.
