This study will evaluate an investigational drug to treat cocaine addiction. Participants who meet certain eligibility criteria will be compensated for time and travel.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (Enlarged Prostate)
This study will evaluate an investigational drug to manage benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), an enlarged prostate. You may qualify if you are ages 45 to 75 and have been diagnosed with BPH, or have the following symptoms: weak urine stream, leakage or dribbling of urine, or awakening frequently at night to urinate.
The research site is in Tucson, Ariz.
This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication to control rheumatoid arthritis, when taken in addition to methotrexate. Participants must be at least 18, have active rheumatoid arthritis, be taking 10 mg. to 25 mg. of methotrexate per week, and have at least six tender joints and at least six swollen joints.
