Catalina Marketing Hires Johnson & Johnson Executive to Lead Health Care Services Division
ST. PETERSBURG, FL. March 9, 2010– Catalina Marketing Corporation, the global leader in precision marketing and shopper-driven media, today announced the appointment of Renee Selman as President of its health care division, Catalina Health Resource, responsible for managing strategic direction, day-to-day operations and overall unit performance.
Selman brings 20 years of health care, sales and marketing leadership experience to Catalina Marketing. Specifically, she spent the past five years serving as the Worldwide President of Johnson & Johnson’s, Ethicon Women’s Health and Urology business. During her 20-year career with Johnson & Johnson, Selman thrived in a variety of roles including: US Sales and Marketing Vice President for the company’s Wound Management Division, National Field Sales Director, and Group Director of New Product Development for Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. While each opportunity offered new challenges, assignments always focused on advancing growth through innovation.

Selman will focus on increasing the content relevancy, value and engagement through enhanced analytics and extended patient support, in-pharmacy and beyond.
Selman received her bachelor’s degree in industrial management, with a minor in chemistry, from Purdue University.
