Boston Scientific Announces Japanese Approval for the Taxus Express2 Stent System
NATICK, Mass., April 03, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boston Scientific Corporation announced today that it has received approval from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) to market its TAXUS(R) Express2(TM) paclitaxel-eluting coronary stent system in Japan. The Company plans to launch the product after reimbursement approval is granted.
