ATEL Ventures Portfolio Company, ARYx Therapeutics, Inc. Completes Initial Public Offering
ARYx's biopharmaceutical successes had made it a compelling investment choice for ATEL Ventures. The debt and equity financing provided to ARYx Therapeutics by ATEL allowed the company to further develop its internally discovered product candidates to add to an already successful array of unique products that are designed to avoid known safety issues that plague currently established compounds.
