Coccidiosis Vaccine

Live Oocysts

Ingredients: ADVENT® coccidiosis vaccine contains live oocysts of Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria maxima and Eimeria tenella. Contains gentamicin and amphotericin B as preservatives.

Advent Coccidiosis Vaccine Indications

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy chickens one day of age or older against coccidiosis caused by E. acervulina, E. maxima, and E. tenella. The duration of immunity has not been determined. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, see productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

Dosage and Administration

For use in chickens only. Shake vials well before using. Dilute vaccine with clean tap water using a clean container. Use entire contents of vial when first opened. SPRAY CABINET APPLICATION: Dilute each 10,000 dose vial according to the spray equipment manufacturer’s recommendations. When using a Huvepharma supplied spray cabinet, it is recommended to dilute 10,000 doses to 2,500 ml. Dilute each 40,000 dose vial according to the spray equipment manufacturer’s recommendations. When using a Huvepharma supplied spray cabinet, it is recommended to dilute 40,000 doses to 10,000 ml. ON FEED APPLICATION: Dilute each 10,000 dose vial to 4,000 ml and apply to the feed. Dilute each 40,000 dose vial to 16,000 ml and apply to the feed. Stir contents of sprayer periodically. Apply vaccine on the first feed chicks receive.

General Information: Vaccinate only healthy chicks.

Precautions

Feed or water containing anti-coccidial drugs should not be given to chicks receiving this vaccine for 21 days post-vaccination. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label. Inactivate all unused contents. Use entire contents when first opened. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Vaccine is not returnable.

Store at 35-46°F (2-8°C)

Do not freeze

Federal regulations prohibit the repackaging or sale of the contents of this carton in fractional units. Do not accept if seal is broken.
