Oxybutynin is used in the treatment of overactive bladder; urinary incontinence; hyperhidrosis; dysuria; prostatitis and belongs to the drug class urinary antispasmodics. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy. Oxybutynin 5 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
