Making a Taper Down Calender ~ imput/suggestions appreciated

I have 8 8mg tablets left. I can break into 1mg each so that's = 64 1mg tablets
I am ready to go from 4mg(yesterday dose and for the past week before)to 3
so far today I took 1mg at 8am (feel fine) should I take 1mg at 1pm & 6pm? and continue that for next 4 days?that would leave 61 1mg then I would go to 2mg a day for 4 days
that would leave 53 1mg tabs. then maybe start skipping days.
I am one of those people..I HAVE to write this down on my calender and seperate my doses,I have plenty of empty bottles... anyone that can help me with this I am so grateful
This is it for me,and I'm scared. I feel like I will be fine but then I know how sick I can be from this. I want these tablets out of my life.

18th-21st 3mg
22nd-25th 2.25mg
26th-29th 1.5mg
30th-3rd 1.125mg
4th-7th .75mg
8th-11th .5mg
12-15th .25mg
Then start skipping days
You have more than enough pills to follow that taper

Your welcome! Not that I have any experience with tapering off subs yet but it basically follows Roberts plan. If it were me i would drop down to taking 2 doses a day as it would make it easier with the small amounts and i believe thats what Robert suggests

ok i read roberts plan and also copied it. hate to sound stupid but % kinda confused me I need to go by just mg and I did find its harder to break down to 1mg it crumbles so I will crush the 2mg and break into piles like his plan also said and I will do the 2 doses...hope youll be around , Im sure I will need more support...thanks
