So Many Questions!!

Ok, I just went to the Dr. on friday, and was accepted into a Suboxone program. I have been using Percocet, or any form of oxycodone that I could find for about the past 2 years. Daily for a little under a year. I had gotten clean around October of 2011, And I had gotten about 2 or 3 strips, and weaned myself off. That only lasted a month. maybe. I thought I could "dabble" once in a while, and that is NOT the case. Now, I have been buying suboxone, or subutex for about the past month if i can find it, but had to return to the percs about a week ago, and am now perscribed the 2mg strips of suboxone. My question is... I do NOT want to trade one addiction for another, and I want to wean myself off to go with nothing... HOW?!??!?! and WHEN?! and I know I will undoubetly suffer some form of withdrawl, but how long will that last?? I am so terrified that I am going to fight this for the rest of my life, and I hate myself for ever getting in this godforsaken situation. PLEASE HELP!!!

Here is a link to how the subs should be used. Been doing it here for years successfully. Pay very close attention to INDUCTION section and you'll see that I usually induct people at 2-3mg. That is all that is really necessary. Don't permit anyone to get you started at 16mg or some crazy dose such as that. God bless.
