Ran out of suboxone and really messed up

Hi. This is my first post. Long story short- I got addicted to oxycodone-30mg
7-10 per day for a year.
Got on suboxone about a month ago. Ran out 4 days ago (ins issues)
And fell off wagon. Been using 5 30mg per day for 4 days.
Just got my script filled tonight.
Am I going to have to wait for the withdrawals all over again, or is some
Sub still left and I can take normal 8mg dose in am.
Last use was 11pm tonight. Can prob make it u til 10am tomorrow.
I am so ashamed to have screwed up so bad!
I want to stop so bad and I am so scared to go into precipatated
Withdrawal. I have experienced that and it was hell.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

You will be amazed how much relief from withdrawal you can get with a small dose of Suboxone...but you must be in full blown withdrawal to get any effect at all. If you take it too soon you blew it. 8mg is way too much so take less than half that and stretch it.

You need to be a 26 on the COWS worksheet with what you've done or you'll likely go into precipitated w/d after using five 30mg oxy a day. I will help if you want me to. But you need to start out with .5mg doses when you do start again on the subs. Don't let yourself go into precip w/d. I can induct you when you're ready and I have NEVER put anyone into precipitated w/d. Just let me know if you want my help. God bless.
