    Default help getting off suboxone

Can anyone tell me anything that helps getting off suboxone? I'm at 4mgs a day and anytime I try to drop another dose I get wds a couple days later. I know that is due to the half-life but is there anyway to make the wds lest severe? I manage a business and I work 65-70 hours a week and can't afford to feel terrible and not sleep.

Thank you! That seems a lot better than the route I was going.

I was on 16 mg of suboxone a day for 8 months. I did'nt taper off long enough. I withdrawled for 35 staight days. I would try calling or visitin a suboxone clinic to help you. Or just tell your doc to taper you down as slow as possible. When I was in the first three weeks of withdrals, I daily thought about suicide. My husband and children helped me too. But shortly after 4 weeks, I just simply humbled myself and got down on my knees and prayed to God that He would help me. Good luck.
