Default Z imprinted/ 100 blue - viagra-looking pill...
I found a bunch of Blue pills that look a lot like viagra, but it says 100 on one side and Z on the other!
Anyone?

Hi, I do believe you have generic viagra. z100 is an off brand-like alternative to viagra med. Hope this helps!
