Supposed to be Carbidopa 25/Levodopa 100mg but look different than last prescription.

I am not able to find an image for this one, but I verified the 3 ID sources that I use that this is Carbidopa 25mg/Levodopa 100mg. It should tell you on the Rx bottle who the manufacturer of the pill you were dispensed is. Many manufacturers have descriptions and photos of their products available on their Website. So, if ya post it, maybe we can locate it for you if you cannot.

The R logo belongs to the mfg Purepac, but you won't find much on their website since they have merged with Actavis and the site is NOT user friendly. If you manage to wind your way through there and pick your drug name out of a drop down list, nothing happens, it just stays there. Its really a big mess and no help at all.
