50 carved on one side, no marking on the other.

round/yellow/50 is real vague, that makes it tough to ID, maybe Diclofenac sodium.

More info and an image of your pill might help narrow it down, several other things hit on your description, so IDK for sure.

I doubt they are anything "important". They simply made me curious since I found them in an unlabeled bottle, nowhere near where I usually keep meds.
