i scanned a picture of it but dont know how to put it on here anywayz the pill is round yellow in color and on the top of it (im guessing its the top) it has an arrow popping out from it

Are you sure it's not maybe a heart instead of an arrow?
Take a look at the first two pics on this page and post back if it looks like one of them.

it looks like the first pic with the arrow only it yellow and the arrow is raised it looks like the last pic with the heart only its an arrow.
