Default yellow and red pill with l877 on it

I found 1000 of these pill in my son room it a red and yellow pill with l9877 on it

I think you may have made a typo. There is a yellow and red capsule with an impint L877 on it. It is a Acetaminophen 500mg cap

Generic Name Acetaminophen Tab 500 MG
NDC 41163087778
Imprint L877
Color yellow, reddish-orange
Shape oblong
Coating gelatin coated
