Yellow pill with a K?

I seem to have a little tagalong mixed in with my prescription. I have been looking all over the internet trying to find what it is. It is round, light yellow, and has a K imprinted on one side. The K has an arrow on the upper right arm. There is nothing on the other side. I have looked at pictures of Dilaudid and although it is close, it is definitely different. I am really curious to find out what this is. Thanks to anyone who can help!
