Default Yellow Oval M or W and 15

I found a light yellow oval tablet with either an "M" or a "W" on one side and the othe side has "15". The font used looks like comic sans, kind of bubbly making the M or W hark to distinguish. I have no idea what this is or where it came from. Can anyone help?
