Default yellow oblong pill, no markings

I have a yellow oblong pill with no markings. It is a creamy yellow color about 3/4" long, 3/8" wide and 1/4" high.

Might it be acetominophen with hydrocodone or something?

All meds in the US (both over the counter and Rx) are required by law to carry a
unique imprint for ID purposes. Lack of an imprint means your pill could possibly be
foreign, a vitamin, herbal, or an illicit substance.

Without markings there is no way to tell short of having a lab analyze it, sorry.
