Default wht oblong tab watson 349 - is this vicodin?
Found this pill in son's room. Son is highly allergic to hyrdocodone (vicodin) and I think his girlfriend's stealing her mom's and he might not know what it is. any info would be appreciated. He said it was just tylenol. I think not...

You are correct, this is Acetaminophen 500mgs, Hydrocodone 5mgs, a generic for Lortab.
