Small white tab letters cor and under it is 127. Any hwlp would be greatly appreciated. Also small white tab scored twice on back side. on front side a strange e on top and 44 under it. Found both these in posession of someone that shouldn't have them.

E 44 is Tizanidine 4mgs, generic for Zanaflex, a muscle relaxant.
