white round tablet imprint LP 200 on one side blank on the other can someone please tell me what this is and what its for.

LP 200 is Tridural 200mg (Tramadol ER).

Cats meow is correct and Tramadol is a narcotic-like pain reliever. Tramadol is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Tramadol extended-release is used to treat moderate to severe chronic pain when treatment is needed around the clock.
