Default white round scored pill P2 on one side G on other

These pills are supposed to be 10mg generic paxil (paroxetine), but they are not the same pills that I usually receive. I am worried that the pharmacist gave me the wrong medication.

So far I can't find anything.

Two questions:

Is the G a large uppercase rounded G?

Did you receive the pills from a US pharmacy or could the pills be from another country?

Yes, the G is large uppercase rounded. On closer inspection, it may by a symbol that just looks like a G.

Yes, I received this from a U.S. Pharmacy.

Thanks

Thanks for responding, and I didn't forget about you.

Sorry, but I've found nothing so far.

The reason I asked about the G is both Genpharm and Alphapharm use a large rounded G on their pills. And the companies almost always use one or two letters of the chemical name and the milligram content on the pills.

But paroxetine doesn't come in 2 mg doses, so that's out.

I'll continue to search.

This one has got me beat also.
I tried the Genpharm website and the Paroxetine 10 mg has a similar imprint, but the shape and color do not match up...pink film-coated convex tablet. Tablet is debossed "P" scoreline "2" on one side and G on the other side.

I have not been able to find a round 10 mg paroxetine tablet anywhere. Usually the generics have some resemblance to the brand name product - and Paxil 10 mg is an oval shape
