Found 3 of these pills in one of my teenage daughters room, wondering what they could be. All my searches turn up are MDMA or phenobarbital. I know what these are, just wondering if they could be something harmless as well. I think any otc and pharmaceutical drugs would come with an imprint of some kind???

Mom, there are literally thousands of different round, un/scored, white, pills without an imprint, it's impossible to distinguish one from another. There is absolutely no reason to assume it's MDMA or Phenobarbital. All Rx and OTC drugs by law have a unique imprint, otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit.

Believe me, it is nothing to worry about, throw it away.
