Default White Round Pill - MD5 - Identify?

Small White round pill - no score- reads "M" with "D5" centered direclty underneath the M. I found this pill in luggage I do not recognize. I have tekn flexeril and vicadin earlier in the year but they were differnt colors and size. I am concerned. What is this?

You assistance would be appreciated.

The pill you have is DICLOFENAC POTASSIUM 50 MG
Generic for: Cataflam®
Manufacturer: Mylan
White, round pill with imprint D5 / M
There is an image of this pill on the mylan.com website

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to reduce pain, inflammation and stiffness.

thank You so much. I looked her and everwhere that offerred "imprin" search first and I could not find it. Perhaps it was geiven to me to try? I have a great dela of neck & arm pain they still cant identify.
