Default white round pill k38 on front

Just found a round white pill, the size of a Tylenol 3/Percocet or acetaminophen500mg. The imprint code on front is k38 with no imprints on the back. Just wondering what it is, and what it is used for.

Stay happy

Unfortunately I have not been able to find an image of this pill anywhere on the internet to confirm.

This pill also has an imprint of K38 (the upper arm of the K is a little arrow)
