Hi, I am supposed to be getting Metoprolol ER 25mg and when I picked up my RX it looked different than last time.

Now it looks like:

White
Round
293 on one side
scored on the other side

I tried searching online for it but couldn't find it.

Any help is appreciated!

Maybe it is the right thing, because mine just came in the mail from Next Rx on Saturday, and they were the same as yours. My old pills were smaller and oval.

The really weird thing is...my husband takes 50 mg and his pills are actually SMALLER!!

I don't think these new pills work as well. Could be my imagination, but the heart palpitations for which I take the pills seem to be back....

293 is metoprolol succinate 25 mg made by Apotex.
