What drug is White, Round pill with 143 on one side and "b"? on other side (w/Hexagon for the circle in b) - Could be old allergy pills like Claritin? Found in college teen's pocket along with other perscription pill perscribed recently. Would appreciate if someone could verify what it is. Thanks.

Looks like this is the inert pills out of a birth control pack. But don't quote me on it

I agree - the pill is an oral contraceptive placebo.
