I have these pills dont know what they are. Have checked other places and can't find them. They kinda look like an aspirin - the same size. They have bevelled edges with capital M on one side and 4 on the other and thats it.
its definitely capital M on one side and just a big 4 on the other. Its white round with no coating or lines across it. Thank you for looking into it. I appreciate it.[:I]
Is the M in a box like [M] or is it just a plain uppercase M?
