white rhombus 39/ 9 score 3

Default white rhombus 39/ 9 score 3
found it in my sis' bag. its a rhombus (two triangles put together). one side is 39 the other side had a 9 a score then a 3.

it looks white and there are no other markings. any ideas?

We call that diamond shaped, 93 39 is 25mg Lamotrigine (Lamictal), an anticonvulsant.
