i've seen where the following pill description could simply be that of an herbal pill or general OTC pill or something of the sort and not necessarily a prescription pill. my only concern is for the person(s) who has such pills in his/her/their possession. i know the person(s) to be a drug user of various sorts and i'm deeply concerned for this person(s) well being. it's a plain white rectangled-oval pill that is scored on one side and totally blank on the other. unfortunately there are no markings of any sort besides the simple score line. even tylenol, advil, and bayer have some sort of markings on them....this one, however, not so much. if there is any chance that this pill could be a prescription of any sort please let me know what type(s) it could be and any information you may have about this pill. again, it's just a basic white rectangled-oval pill scored on one side with no other markings.

Like you guessed, if it were a drug it would be imprinted. There's hundreds, maybe thousands of white/oblong/scored pills, there's no way to tell one from another, therefore ID is impossible.
