Default white pills in wrong box?

My mother bought a bottle of Relacore the other day, and besides the Relacore capsule (which is white & green), there are also these white pills in there with it. We couldn't find any information on the bottle about these white pills, so we called the company, and they told us that the white pills DO NOT belong, and told us not to use any of the pills in the bottle at all. The "mystery" pill is white, long, maybe slightly bigger than the Relacore capsule, and has the number "P243" imprinted on it. Any ideas what it could be?
