Default white pill w/ imprint AX

I found a small round white pill with the imprint AX on one side and nothing on the other; anyone know what this is?

Alright, this isn't looking good...no one has any idea what sort of pill this is?!

Is the AX inside a hexagon?

any idea what country it came from?
