Would someone help me identify this one? I've looked through over 600 white pills on ePocrates Online and cannot find it. Thanks for your help.

This pill is possibly CARISOPRODOL 350 MG by Amide.
Imprint Code A-136, white, round
Description (but no image) at amide.com
Carisoprodol is a muscle relaxant.
