White Pill; Round; APO 200

[Tacoma]

The edges are cylindrical like a tin can 3mm in height. Pill is approx 1 cm in diameter. Looks like an asprin. Has APO 200 on one side and quarter preforations on other. Has effect like an anti-anxiety pill. Anyone have any idea what this is?

Round white pill imprinted APO 200 on one side and an X score on the back might be APO-CARBAMAZEPINE.
