I really would like someone to please help me identify these pills I have.

Description:

5-sided
white tablet
3760 on one side of pill
>< on the other side of pill

White pentagonal shaped tablet imprinted 3760 on one side and Ivax logo (hourglass or bowtie) on the other side is 20 mg lisinopril.
