White pill NL717?

I found this today and tried to look it up on here but came up with nothing. I am thinking maybe it's just an extremely large aspirin? One side is blank, the other is definitely NL717 and it is a horse pill! Does anyone know what this may be?

NL 717 I have to guess on as a cold remedy, its not listed in the database yet, howerver NL 716 is Deconamine, and NL 718 is Profen Forte both cold remedys, makes sense.
