M365 is 5mg Hydrocodone Bitartrate and 325mg Acetaminophen made by Mallinckrodt. a generic for of vicodin.

Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5mg and Acetaminophen 325mg
Generic for Norco and Anexsia
Description: White Scored Caplet
Identification Code: M365 on one side, bisected on the other side
