Anyone know what this pill is - it is oblong, white with 281 printed on one side.

My aunt has this same pill and cannot remember anything. Can someone please let me know what this pill is? Thank you!

It sounds like its acetaminophen 500mg made by Leiner Health Products.

Its better known as Tylenol extra strength.
