Help, found a white, round pill with the imprint of 5161 on one side, no other info. Do i need to be worried??

This pill is HYDROCODONE 7. 5 MG /IBUPROFEN 200 MG
Generic for Vicoprofen
Imprint Code 5161
Description white, round tablet
