Default white pill with a 54 over 346?

i received a pill that is blank on one side, and on the other side has a 54 over 346. the pill can be broken equally into to two...anyone know wat pill this is????

54 346 is 450 mg lithium extended release, an antipsychotic drug.

It's unusual that an extended-release tab is scored, but at least three databases confirm this info.
